Serialization is the unique identification of each salable medication. It has become a requirement under the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act. The presentation provides an overview of the serialization, the pathway to implementation, lessons learned and recommendations.
About the speaker:
Udhaya is an ASQ certified six sigma black belt currently working for Kedrion Biopharma as an operational excellence specialist. He has over 6 years of experience leading operational excellence programs in electronics, engineering and biotech industries facing various business scenarios including facility startup, ramp up, operational transformation and tech transfer. He has facilitated several continuous improvement initiatives applying lean principles & managed multiples projects that has helped companies achieve productivity, cost and quality targets.
He graduated with a masters degree in mechanical engineering from National University of Singapore and a management degree from Duke University.

Leadership Committee Meetings are typically scheduled for the second Tuesday of the month. They usually begin in a closed session around 6:30 PM, and then the meeting opens to all members starting at approximately 7:00 PM. Check the current month's meeting notice in the calendar above to confirm location and time.

PDM Refund Policy:
For any PDM at which a fee is charged, ASQTZ will refund fees (less a 5% processing fee) up to two (2) days prior to the start of the event as long as registrant or company notifies the Programs Chair by email or by telephone. All cancellations made within less than two (2) days of the event are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. Please note: the refund check is sent to you via our online banking service in a non-descript window envelope, with a return address of "C.D.S.I."
