Enrollment in our certification preparation courses is extended to anyone in the community interested in attending. If circumstances require, first preference will be given to ASQ members.
Our Education program offers certification preparation courses to provide assistance to those Quality professionals and practioners wishing to obtain further training and knowledge in the Quality field. It is our goal to establish and develop a program which will foster individual growth and achievement. A discount for multiple attendees from one organization, retired or unemployed members may be available. For more information, contact the Education Chair.
Education Course Refund Policy:
ASQTZ will refund fees (less a 5% processing fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event as long as registrant or company notifies the Education Chair in writing, by email or by telephone. All cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. Please note: the refund check is sent to you via our online banking service in a nondescript window envelope with a return address of "C.D.S.I.", not "ASQTZ".
