Education Course Refund Policy: ASQTZ will refund fees (less a 5% processing fee) up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event as long as registrant or company notifies the Education Chair in writing, by email or by telephone. All cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. Please note: the refund check is sent to you via our online banking service in a non-descript window envelope with return address of "C.D.S.I.", not "ASQTZ".
