Education Course Refund Policy: ASQTZ will fully refund all fees (less PayPal processing fee if applicable) up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the course as long as member or company notifies the responsible ASQTZ Coordinator (see brochure) in writing or by telephone. All cancellations made within seven (7) days of the start of course are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. If requested, ASQTZ can offer a full credit for the same course held in the future. Please note: a refund check is sent to your via our online banking service in a non-descript window envelope with return address of "C.D.S.I.", not "ASQTZ".
