About the speaker:
Nick Kumburis is currently the Manager of RX and OTC complaints at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Nick has 15 years of complaint experience, including increasing roles at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Novartis Consumer Health, and Par Pharmaceuticals. Nick has presented on complaints at the CBI Complaint Conference in Alexandria VA, and Novartis Quality Conference in Athens, Greece.
He is a graduate of Montclair State University with a BS degree in biology and chemistry and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School. Nick also has obtained Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) and Project management. He is also a very active member of the community as a former foster parent, frequent blood donor, BPO ElK, Wrestling Coach, US Navy Veteran and Vice President of his church council. He is currently running for Board of Education in Parsippany, NJ.
